When Perpetual States of Crisis turns into Forever

No Government, local or federal, should be allowed to have unlimited powers and unchecked authority unless granted by and through the people. Emergency powers would give authority to our local government that would be difficult to take back since the world is in a state of war. Once ANY government is allowed to overreach and expand its powers, the genie will never voluntarily go back in the bottle.
Similarly, we saw what destruction of the unchecked power of the Liberal Government and COVID-19. This has been an unmitigated disaster with more evidence has been proven to show that the Government worked in a spirit that destroyed more lives, and the fabric of our community rather than actually creating a time of health and healing.
If COVID-19 did anything good, it helped us understand that they can shut us down and keep us locked down for as long as they want. Justin Trudeau knew that and did everything he could to try to stop the Freedom Convoy movement. Fortunately for Canada and the rest of the world, the Convoy pushed through and helped us pull free from the cords of tyranny.
