Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while expanding our client base

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition to drive sales

• Craft and present compelling business proposals

• Negotiate with key stakeholders to close deals

• Identify business opportunities and emerging trends

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts

• Report on success and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous progress

 

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in Business Development, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a similar field

• Proven track record in business development strategy and sales

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

• The ability to motivate both yourself and a team

• Experience in exceeding targets and driving growth
